Rightfully enthusiastic about his sports performance, the alpine guide Alessandro Lamberti Bocconi, nicknamed "Jolly", sends us a small photo gallery, in collaboration with his own website: www.jollypower.com

Hello friends of inalto.com,

I wish to inform you about my climb on Hugh, a 9a peak of the French cliff of Eaux Claires.
This is the first repetition of this itinerary and it's probably the first climb of a 9a route made by an Italian.
Yuji Hirayama in an interview on "Grimper" declared: "Hugh is the hardest of all the 8c+ I've ever tried, it's a difficulty from another planet".
The route became famous for it's spectacular halfway throw, with more than 2 metres between an hold and the other one. But this passage doesn't constitute the hardest part of the route, since the starting and the final passages are each valuable as a grade 8a on boulder scale.
