Introduction

A chapel dedicated to Saint Anthony, the patron saint of animals, is situated near the mountain hut. A village of mountain huts and tabià is scattered across the Alpe. The mountain hut lies on the route of the Alta Via No. 1 in the Dolomites. The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009.
