.Introduction
Description
From Bogliasco station, cross the road bridge and take the footbridge to the right over the carriageway. Having chosen via Favero, the creuza gains height, somewhat steeply, until the hamlet of San Bernardo (260 m). You rise as far as the church, where you must turn right. The footpath skirts some houses and then, among the olive trees, descends. The wide road continues to Pieve Alta. From Via Roma, we descend past a sports centre. The descent faces Via San Gaetano, skimming past the chapel of the same name. Losing altitude, here is Via Manin to follow to the right as far as the Aurelia (Via 25 Aprile). Past the viaduct, turn right to the Sori station. Following via Capo Pino (road and steps), the route almost touches the sea, on the rocks... for a break (2h).
Return route: continue along the Aurelia, which has very little traffic given the time of day (break at Bogliasco), and from the Capolungo area (1h30), return to the city by bus.
In summary. 250 m difference in altitude - Dif. T - 5.5 km for about 2h Tot. + all the breaks to see the various places that are encountered up to Sori. Convenience: excellent. Best period: from autumn to spring. Tour interest: medium/high. Weather: acceptable, given the forecast, very pleasant temperatures for the autumn season.
